Terms of use and sale

Purpose

These terms apply to the game Ultimate Party Game, published by AGICCO (see the legal notice): the online version on this website and the Android and iPhone apps. They also cover the purchase of the Gold account. Playing means accepting them.

Adults only

The game involves alcohol and, depending on the level, offers sexy or explicit challenges. It is for adults only, of legal drinking age in their country. Every player must be an adult, not only the one holding the phone.

Play responsibly

• Nobody is forced to do anything. Challenges are suggestions: any player can refuse a challenge, not drink, not undress or not be touched, at any time, even in the middle of a challenge. The “I refuse!” button is there for that, and the other players respect the refusal.
• A challenge for two only happens with the clear agreement of both people.
• Alcohol is never required: a glass of water or soda works just fine. Know your limits, never drive after drinking, and make sure everyone gets home safely.
• Challenges take place somewhere safe, with no danger to anyone, and with respect for the law, the place and the neighbours.
• Ask the people in a souvenir photo before taking or sharing it.

Liability

Ultimate Party Game is entertainment. The players remain responsible for their actions and their consequences, including their drinking and the photos they share. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for damages related to doing the challenges.

The game is provided as is. We do our best to make it work without errors and to keep the website available, without being able to guarantee it.

The Gold account

• The Gold account unlocks the “More sexy!” and “Even more!!!” levels, the Men & Men mode, the adjustable waiting time and 48 more challenges.
• It costs €3.49 including VAT in France, paid once: it is not a subscription. In other countries, the price is set and shown by the store, in your currency.
• It can only be bought in the Android and iPhone apps, with Google Play or the App Store, under their terms of sale. The payment is collected by the store. The online version stays free and does not offer the Gold account.
• It is linked to your Google account or your Apple ID. On a new phone, or after reinstalling, tap “Restore a previous purchase” in the game settings (help). A purchase on Android does not carry over to iPhone, and the other way around.
• It stays valid in app updates.

The Gold account is digital content delivered as soon as it is bought. Withdrawal and refunds follow the rules of the store that collected the payment: see how to get a refund.

Intellectual property

The challenges, texts, images and logo of Ultimate Party Game belong to the publisher or to their authors. You can play as much as you like, for private use. Copying, republishing or reselling them without permission is forbidden.

Changes

These terms may change with the game. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection given by the mandatory rules of your country of residence. If something goes wrong, write to us first at support@ultimate-party-game.org: we will look for an amicable solution.
