How do you play?

Add at least two players, with their name, man or woman. To make a couple, tap a player, then their partner. Pick the level in the “Settings”, and start the game.

Each turn, a player does their challenge, often with the Butcher drawn at random. Once the challenge is done, on to the next one.

Do I need an Internet connection?

The online game needs the Internet the first time. After that, it works offline in the same browser, even in airplane mode. The apps only need it to buy or restore the Gold account.

How do I install the online game like an app?

• Android (Chrome): ⋮ menu, then “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
• iPhone (Safari): Share button, then “Add to Home Screen”.
• Computer (Chrome, Edge): install icon on the right of the address bar.

What if I don't want to do a challenge?

Tap “I refuse!”. The game will give you a small penalty… which you can refuse too: nobody is ever forced to do anything (see the terms of use).

Gold account

How do I buy the Gold account?

In the Android or iPhone app, pick an option marked GOLD in the “Settings”, then tap “Unlock all the options!”. You pay with Google Play or the App Store: €3.49, one time.

Can I buy it on the website?

Not for now: the online version stays free, with 34 challenges. The Gold account is sold in the apps.

I changed phones, or reinstalled the app

Open the “Settings” of the game and tap “Restore a previous purchase”. You must be signed in to the same Google account, or the same Apple ID, as when you bought it.

A purchase made on Android doesn't show up on iPhone, and the other way around: they are two different stores.

I paid, but Gold isn't active

Check that you are online, then close and reopen the app: it checks your purchases when it starts. If the payment is “pending” (a cash payment in a shop, for example), Gold turns on as soon as the store confirms it.

Otherwise, tap “Restore a previous purchase”, then write to us if nothing changes.

How do I get a refund?

• Google Play: write to us, or ask from Google Play (Google Play refund policies).
• App Store: refunds go through Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Souvenir photos

Where are my photos saved?

• Android: in your gallery, album “Ultimate Party Game”.
• iPhone: in the Photos app.
• Online game: in your downloads.

They are never sent over the Internet, unless you share them yourself. Always ask the people in a photo before sharing it.

The camera doesn't open

You probably refused access to the camera. Allow it in your phone settings (Apps, Ultimate Party Game, Permissions), or in the site settings of your browser. Meanwhile, “Pick a photo” lets you use an existing photo.

Your data

Where are the players and the game kept?

Only on your device: nothing is sent over the Internet. Everything is explained in the privacy policy, including how to erase it all.
