Who is responsible?

The data controller is AGICCO (see the legal notice), reachable at support@ultimate-party-game.org. This policy covers the website, the online game and the Android and iPhone apps of Ultimate Party Game.

What stays on your device

So that the game goes on even if you close it, it saves on your device, in the storage of the browser or of the app:

• the names of the players, man or woman, and the couples;
• the settings: language, level, Men & Men mode, waiting time…;
• the current game and the last challenges drawn;
• in the apps, whether the Gold account is active.

This information is never sent, neither to us nor to anyone. The online game also keeps a copy of its own files, to work offline.

To erase everything, uninstall the app, or clear the site data in your browser settings. “New game”, on the home screen or in the game settings, only erases the current game.

Camera and souvenir photos

The game only uses the camera when you open the souvenir photo, and only if you allowed it when your phone or browser asked. The photo and its caption are put together on your device, then saved to your gallery (apps) or downloaded (browser). They are never sent to us.

If you share a photo with the “Share” button, it goes to the app you pick, which handles it under its own rules.

Buying the Gold account

The purchase happens entirely at Google Play or the App Store: we never receive your payment details. The app only asks the store whether the Gold account was bought with your account.

Google and Apple handle your data under their own rules: Google privacy policy, Apple privacy policy. The stores may send us information about orders (number, date, country, amount), which we only use for accounting and refunds.

The website and the online game

The website is hosted on a server of Hostinger International Ltd, in France, in the European Union. It keeps no log of visits. Only technical errors may be logged, sometimes with the IP address involved: they are used to secure the website (our legitimate interest), kept for a limited time, and we never use them for tracking.

The website uses no cookies, no analytics, no ads and no external resources: the fonts and images come from the website itself. The storage on your device described above is only used to run the game, so it needs no consent banner.

If you write to us

If you write to us by e-mail, your address and your message are only used to answer you. They are kept while we handle your request, then deleted at the latest 3 years after our last exchange.

Minors

Ultimate Party Game is for adults only, aged 18 and over. It is not meant for minors.

Your rights

The GDPR gives you the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. As we keep none on our servers, the simplest way is to erase the game data on your device (see above). For any question: support@ultimate-party-game.org.

You can also file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, at www.cnil.fr, or with the authority of your country.

Changes

If the game changes the way it handles data, this page will be updated first, along with its update date.
